The September launch marks a new chapter in ELLE’s expansion into branded real estate, bringing together fashion, design, lifestyle and contemporary living in São Paulo.
On September 1, 2026, ELLE International announced the launch of CASA ELLE São Paulo, and ELLE Collection São Paulo, marking the brand’s first branded real estate projects in Brazil and Latin America.
Created in partnership with Meira Mattos Incorporadora, The One Atelier and ArquInaut, the two residential concepts bring ELLE’s distinctive universe of fashion, design, culture and lifestyle into two of São Paulo’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Together, CASA ELLE and ELLE Collection introduce a contemporary approach to urban living, combining ELLE’s international identity with a strong connection to the character of São Paulo.
For The One Atelier, the launch also marks a new chapter in its work with ELLE, bringing the collaboration into its third international market, following ELLE Residences in Miami and Dubai. For the São Paulo developments, The One Atelier leads the interior design and supports the co-creative direction.
”For The One Atelier, the launch represents an opportunity to contribute its expertise to the development of a new generation of branded residential environments, translating the identity of an internationally recognised lifestyle brand into spaces designed around contemporary ways of living.
Breaking ground today is an exciting milestone as we move from vision to reality and begin creating a destination that embodies contemporary waterfront living.
Translating ELLE from brand to home
The design process began with a central question: how can the codes, values and cultural relevance of ELLE become a place people can call home?
Rather than applying the same aesthetic in every market, The One Atelier interprets the brand through the architecture, culture and way of life of each destination. In Brazil, this creates a dialogue between ELLE’s international outlook and the country’s distinctive design culture, with furniture and creative references from Brazilian designers giving the projects a genuinely local character.
Although distinct in character, the two developments share a common purpose: to make ELLE’s identity tangible through the materials, furniture, spatial planning and everyday experience of each home.
They also reflect the continued evolution of branded real estate, where the value of a residential project increasingly extends beyond architecture and property itself, embracing design, identity and the experience of living.
With the launch of CASA ELLE and ELLE Collection, São Paulo becomes the setting for a new chapter in ELLE’s expansion into branded real estate, while marking another step in The One Atelier’s international work across luxury residential development and branded living.
