Developed in partnership with ANAX Developments, ELLE Residences brings the iconic lifestyle brand’s distinctive perspective on design, culture and modern living to one of Dubai’s most sought-after waterfront destinations.
The milestone was celebrated during a groundbreaking ceremony attended by representatives from ANAX Developments, industry leaders and key stakeholders.
Scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, ELLE Residences Dubai Islands will comprise 91 apartments and 7 signature townhouses, offering residents direct waterfront access and an elevated lifestyle inspired by the values that have defined ELLE for over 80 years: style, creativity, culture and empowerment.
Following the successful launch and rapid sell-out of the project, the start of construction marks an important step toward bringing the ELLE living experience to life in the region.
To ensure the highest standards of construction quality, ANAX Developments has appointed International Foundation Group (IFG), one of the UAE’s leading geotechnical and foundation engineering specialists, as the enabling works contractor for ELLE Residences.
The design vision behind ELLE Residences is being brought to life by The One Atelier, the international design studio responsible for translating ELLE’s distinctive aesthetic into the architecture and interiors of the Dubai Islands project.
