In this edition of our monthly newsletter, we are pleased to share an important milestone for our firm: the official launch of our partnership with MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l’Immobilier), widely recognized as one of the most influential global gatherings in the real estate industry.
Each year, MIPIM brings together leading developers, investors, architects, city representatives, and financial institutions from across the world. Hosted in Cannes, the event serves as a unique platform where visionary projects are presented, strategic partnerships are formed, and the future of international real estate is shaped.
This partnership marks a meaningful step for our team and reflects the growing international dialogue surrounding design, development, and investment. We would especially like to acknowledge the commitment of our Asia Pacific Manager, Gianfranco Bianchi, whose efforts have been instrumental in establishing strong relationships with the MIPIM organization and opening the door to this collaboration.
Earlier this month, several members of our team attended the fair in Cannes, engaging with a remarkable network of professionals and exploring exciting opportunities for cross-market collaboration.
We were proud to see our CEO, Michele Galli, share insights on the panel “Consumer Brands and the Durability of Brand Identity: How Do You Manage Long-Term Brand Standards?”, guided by the brilliant moderation of Jamie Ley from FORMA Studio. The conversation reflected our philosophy: the seamless fusion of creativity, strategy, and enduring value.
Adding to the sense of occasion, we hosted an exquisite luncheon for 250 distinguished guests, welcoming Maggie Priori, SVP Licensing & Hospitality at KARL LAGERFELD, to honor the lasting collaboration and shared milestones that have shaped our journey.
A moment of true pride came with the signing of a landmark project in Oman, alongside our esteemed partners at METROGRAMMA: a 110,000 sqm plot destined to become a vibrant, branded residential enclave. This project embodies everything we aspire to achieve—design, innovation, and lifestyle, coming together to create something remarkable for the communities we serve.
As part of this new partnership, we are also delighted to extend the dialogue to Milan. During the upcoming Milan Design Week in April, The One Atelier will host an exclusive cocktail gathering dedicated to the MIPIM community: an occasion designed to bring together developers, partners, and industry leaders.
