The highest level of luxury in Budapest
Szervita Square is a multi-function building in the heart of Budapest. With this building the Developer sets a new standard on the luxury property market in Hungary.
The One Atelier consulted on interior design of Szervita Square Luxury Residencies as well as Szervita Square commercial spaces.
Metrogramma took care of the consultancy of the façade of Szervita Square Building.

A project for true Gentlemans
The One Atelier worked closely with the Developer’s Team to make sure to create the highest standard of elegance for this complex. The selection of Bentley Home as a Brand identifies the DNA of the building. Kitchens and Walk-in closets speak the language of the Brand and are installed in each of the 14 luxury residences while common areas are fully furnished with Bentley Home goods. Few selected clients have had the chance of having their unit fully designed and decorated by The One Atelier in the post sell process and will enter a fully Bentley Home furnished apartment.
