A villa shaped by heritage, refined by design

In the heart of Hiroo, a private villa brings together Japanese architectural restraint and the Italian art of living through FENDI Casa. Conceived as a private world within the city, the residence unfolds across four levels around a central garden, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture, nature and space. Each level is designed around a distinct dimension of domestic life, from arrival and entertainment to everyday living and private retreat.

FENDI Casa brings an Italian sensibility to the quiet essence of Japanese living. The interiors continue the architecture, shaped by proportion, light, material and comfort. Italian marble, silk wall coverings and crafted surfaces create a restrained, tactile palette, where richness emerges through texture, craftsmanship and detail rather than excess. Japanese architectural rigor meets the Italian art of living, creating interiors that feel warm, composed and considered.
