The workspace transformation involved optimizing the layout to accommodate 77 open workstations, emphasizing collaboration. Four private offices were also introduced to offer exclusivity and confidentiality to key team members and executives.

Complementing the workspace, three thoughtfully designed meeting rooms were integrated for productive discussions, and two inviting break areas were introduced to promote employee well-being and social interaction.

To foster a sense of community and work-life balance, a central lounge area was established as a hub for casual interactions. A noteworthy feature of the project was the inclusion of movable flooring, demonstrating forward-thinking design by ensuring adaptability for future workspace adjustments, aligning with the company’s evolving needs.
