ELLE’s debut in the real estate world exudes class, livability, and an unmistakable Parisian “je ne sais quoi.”
Upon entering the luxurious tower, you will be transported into the elegant and trendy world of the notorious fashion and lifestyle brand. Here its Parisian origins seamlessly blend with the latest fashion trends and Miami’s culture and architectural environment, creating a space uniquely ELLE.
Warm and welcoming, colorful yet accessible, luxurious, and polished—these are the guiding principles behind the research and development of the residences.
The spaces will be minimalist, accented with textures and vibrant colors, perfectly balancing escapism, and everyday life.
The interiors will be eclectic, modern, and creative, featuring furniture selected from designers on the Elle Décor A-List. Modern and antique elements will intertwine, creating a quintessentially ELLE environment.

The project features a 25-story tower with 180 runway-worthy apartments akin to what you’d see gracing the pages of Elle Décor.
Spanning two whole floors, the amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a meditative garden, a luxury spa with a steam room, sauna, and cold plunge, an outdoor movie theater, panoramic rooftop with pool.
Moreover, the development is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the Miami Design District, which boasts high-end boutiques, showrooms, and restaurants.
