Essential. Exotic. Expressive. ELLE.
In the lush enclave of Alto da Boa Vista, where nature still whispers through the trees, ELLE unveils a new expression of residential living: one that embraces the essence of Brazil’s modernist heritage, filtered through the brand’s signature lens of curated elegance.
Comprising just 14 exclusive villas, ELLE Collection São Paulo is a rare, deeply considered architectural set of residences that embody tropical essentialism — a design philosophy that is sensorial yet stripped back, structured yet free-flowing. It’s an architecture of continuity, where light, material, and atmosphere speak louder than ornament.

At the heart of each villa, wood becomes the protagonist — flowing across the ceiling and beyond the glass to blur the boundaries between inside and out. This seamless connection to the garden and pool allows the home to breathe with its surroundings: open, fluid, and tactile.
Every element has been intentionally reimagined for clarity and calm. From the sculptural staircase to the refined kitchen layout and discreetly integrated features, the design speaks in quiet, sophisticated gestures.
A soft, sanded concrete floor anchors the space with tactile elegance, while a custom wooden cobogó wraps the stair void — casting delicate shadows and adding a final layer of artisanal grace.
The entire second floor is dedicated to family life, featuring a warm, light-filled TV lounge under a skylight, creating a cosy yet airy space where everyone can gather, relax, and feel at home.
Above, each villa offers a private rooftop retreat — complete with a garden and lounge area — crafted to embrace the open sky with the same understated refinement found throughout.
