A new benchmark of living with art
Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa introduces a limited collection of ten exclusive homes in Lisbon’s most refined district, steps from Avenida da Liberdade. Developed by Overseas, with interior design by The One Atelier and main façade design by Metrogramma, the project reflects the Maison’s architectural language and the city’s contemporary elegance.
Rising over 11 floors, the building features a sculptural, Bauhaus-inspired V-shaped façade defined by ascending vertical lines and a distinctive red gradient. Interiors express Karl Lagerfeld’s aesthetic through refined materials, precision detailing, and curated finishes. Each residence offers expansive layouts starting at 234 sqm, complemented by smart-home technology, private jacuzzis, and underground parking.

Community areas, furnished by KARL LAGERFELD MAISON, reflect a clean palette of brushed steel, lacquer, Via Láctea stone, and Grigio-toned wood.
The penthouse features a private outdoor pool with a transparent floor, adding a bold architectural element to the interior below. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa sets a new benchmark for branded living in the Portuguese capital.
